The People’s Harm Reduction Alliance (PHRA) is a peer-centered community-based nonprofit that has provided harm reduction and other health services to people who use drugs since 2007. Our programs and services throughout King and Kitsap Counties, as well as the mail-order naloxone program serving all of Washington State, focus on protecting the health of people who use drugs, stopping the spread of bloodborne infections, and preventing overdose.
The People’s Harm Reduction Alliance (PHRA) is a peer-centered community-based nonprofit that has provided harm reduction and other health services to people who use drugs since 2007. The Ostrich Mobile Outreach Coordinator is responsible for conducting field-based harm reduction outreach and community health support to individuals throughout Kitsap County. This position will drive the mobile outreach van to various locations throughout Kitsap County to provide harm reduction supplies and education to participants.
The People’s Harm Reduction Alliance (PHRA) is a community-based nonprofit and drug user empowerment organization that has provided harm reduction and other health services to people who use drugs since 2007. The Ostrich Bay Mobile Outreach Worker (Kitsap County) is responsible for supporting the Ostrich Bay Mobile Outreach Coordinator in conducting field-based harm reduction outreach and community health support to individuals throughout Kitsap County.
The Robert Clewis Center (RCC) Syringe Services Program provides clean syringes, smoking supplies, drug checking and other harm reduction services and is co-located with the Pathways Buprenorphine Clinic and adjacent to the Evergreen Treatment Services mobile methadone van (MMV). The Education Specialist (Peer Linkage Specialist (PLS)) will work with RCC Education Specialists and Social Workers to identify clients who use opioids and may be interested in treatment.
